Mazofin is designed to minimize personal data collection and maximize user privacy. We only collect essential data required to operate and improve our platform.

• Chart images or screenshots uploaded for analysis

• Interactions (e.g., chart scans, feature usage)

2.3 Analytics (Optional)

With your consent, we may collect anonymized analytics data to improve the app and its features.

2.4 Advertising & Ad Identifiers

• We may display ads delivered by third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob).
• These networks may collect limited data such as device identifiers (IDFA/AAID), approximate location (if enabled at OS level), ad impressions, and engagement to measure performance, prevent fraud, and (where permitted) personalize ads.
• You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS / “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android) or any in-app controls we provide. You can also reset your device’s advertising identifier through your device settings to limit tracking across apps.

2.5 In-App Purchases (IAP) & Payments

• Mazofin offers optional paid features or content through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

• No information from the device mic/camera except for chart/image upload for feature use.

• Chart images are processed locally or securely in the cloud and are not stored persistently unless required for specific features.

Mazofin is not directed to users under age 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions, such as the EU, where required by law). Our Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. We are exploring ways to support Do Not Track signals in future updates, where technically feasible. Where legally required (e.g., certain US states), we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals to the extent applicable.

In the rare event of a data breach involving personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours (as required by law) with details of the breach, actions taken, and guidance for protection.
