Terms of Use – Mazofin

By accessing or using Mazofin (the "Platform," including its website, mobile app, or related tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.

Mazofin provides:

• Automated technical analysis and educational insights based on charts or screenshots you upload.
• Optional learning resources, explanations, and an advisor marketplace featuring SEBI-registered advisors (clearly marked with valid license numbers).
• No investment, trading, or personalized financial advice is provided. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use Mazofin for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with Mazofin's technology, systems, or security measures.
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas, accounts, or data on the Platform.
• Misuse the Platform in any way that disrupts its functionality or harms other users.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in account suspension or termination.

• Mazofin does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
• All information, insights, and content are for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions, which should be based on your own research and consultation with qualified professionals.
• Sole reliance on Mazofin's insights or content for investment decisions is expressly prohibited.

• Users must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions, such as the EU, where required by law). Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.
• Creating an account may require authentication via email, Google, Apple, or other approved methods.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Mazofin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

• All Platform content, algorithms, technology, and branding are owned by Mazofin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, license, reproduce, or create derivative works from Mazofin's content, branding, or technology without prior written permission.
• The advisor marketplace and educational content are proprietary to Mazofin or its licensed partners.

• You retain ownership of all content you upload, such as charts, screenshots, or other data.
• By uploading content, you grant Mazofin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to process, analyze, and use your content solely to provide and improve Platform features.
• Mazofin does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
• Uploaded data, such as charts, is not stored persistently after analysis unless you explicitly choose to save or share it.

• Mazofin may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, misuse, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• You may delete your account and request data deletion at any time by contacting us (see Section 17).
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but provisions such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive.

• Mazofin is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Mazofin does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any insights, content, or services.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mazofin and its affiliates, officers, or partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses or data loss.

• The advisor marketplace exclusively lists SEBI-registered advisors, clearly identified with valid license numbers.
• Mazofin complies with applicable laws, including the Indian Information Technology Act, GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), LGPD (Brazil), and Google/Apple app store guidelines.
• We fully support user rights to account and data deletion as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

• Mazofin may offer free features, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ad-supported content.
• Payments for premium features or subscriptions are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., Razorpay, RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple App Store).
• Payment and refund policies are detailed at the point of purchase. Refunds are provided only as required by law or as specified at the time of purchase.
• Ads may be displayed via third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob), and limited data may be collected for ad performance or personalization, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

• Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. Please review it for full details.
• Mazofin does not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

• You may request account deletion or access to your data at any time by emailing mazofin@gmail.com.
• We aim to process requests within 30 days, in compliance with applicable laws.

• Mazofin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform or notified via email or in-app notice.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., advisor websites or external resources). Mazofin is not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of these third parties. Please review their terms and policies before engaging with them.
